Above and beyond what I expected. The image I sent wasn't a circle but I expected it in a circle with maybe some colour matched border. What I received was even better. the patch was cut to the image , so there was no dead space. Will definitely buy again.
Very happy with the quality of the print, and the patch looks exactly as I hoped it would. Was shipped out quickly too. Hope to order from again!
Had my patch delivered and the text was not readable. Not sure why they would post something to a client without checking if the file looks like the printed version. Especially if you can’t read the text printed. Have messaged the supplier for a solution but no reply so far.
I cannot speak highly enough of this seller! They were extremely helpful and patient in the process of setting up the designs and made sure to check in once they were finished and ensure the designs looked right. Excellent quality finish. Definitely will be purchasing from this seller again in the future.
Used this seller several times now and the patches are always wonderful… fully recommend this seller x

This was part of a very personal, special Christmas present and was to be sewed onto a special soft toy. The badges came quickly but in the wrong shape.
The seller responded to my issue within hours and was extremely helpful in trying to resolve this, and provided me with replacement badges which were the right shape and came in time. Excellent customer service.
Fantastic quality, printing was vibrant and sharp. Came exactly as I had hoped and will look great on some hats! I plan to order more soon.
We received such a nice badge for my friend's birthday - the picture on the badge and the badge overall were great quality and she loved it! Would definitely order again
Great service , friendly :)
The patch arrived and it’s perfect! I love it and it looks better than I thought! I sewed it onto my daughters bay strait away!
Excellent quality craftsmanship and fabric. Timely delivery. Friendly communication. Exactly what I wanted :)
Absolutely perfect! Turned out just the way I wanted. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.
The patch was great, the picture was really clear and the embroidery and design service was amazing too. The customer service was amazing when the original parcel was lost in transit (not the seller’s fault) and a new product was sent out very quickly. A great company to deal with and I will be purchasing from here again.
Absolutely perfect. More than happy
