Refund policy

Returns
Our policy is 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

A few types of merchandise are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. Other items that cannot be returned include:

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care products

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to a reason not our fault
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Returns (if applicable)
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund will be approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is issued.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only exchange if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at info@sugargecko.com and send your item to: Sugar Gecko Ltd, 15 burton close, allesley, coventry, cv59eg, United Kingdom.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver later sent the order to them to return, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.

Shipping
To return your item, you must send it to: Sugar Gecko Ltd, 15 burton close, allesley, coventry, cv59eg, United Kingdom You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are sending an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
