International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for 6 years to meet UK tax rules. We keep personalisation files only as long as we need them to make your order and handle any remake. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email sugargeckoltd@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

Our site uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as your basket and checkout. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only where you allow them. You can also control cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our shop is for adults. If you ask us to put a child's name on a product, we use it only to make that order.
