Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Making time
Every item is made to order in our UK workshop. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days, and each product page shows the making time for that item. If your order includes a digital proof, the making time starts once you approve the proof. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Delivery options
- Standard delivery – free. Sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Tracked 24 – £5. Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch.
- Special Delivery Guaranteed – £7. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, next working day after dispatch.
If you choose Tracked 24 or Special Delivery Guaranteed, we dispatch your order the next working day.
Delivery times start from the day we dispatch your order, not the day you place it. Delivery times are set by Royal Mail and are estimates, except where Royal Mail guarantees the service.
Dispatch confirmation
We email you when your order is on its way. Tracked services include a tracking number.
Late or missing parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email us at sugargeckoltd@gmail.com with your order number. We will check with Royal Mail and, if the parcel is lost, we will remake your item or refund you.
Your address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away so we can correct it before dispatch.
