Each custom embroidered patch is made to order by Sugar Gecko with meticulous attention to detail. To ensure accuracy, please provide a high-resolution photo or design along with your preferred text and thread colors. If no colors are specified, we will match the colors shown in your photo. Double-check spelling carefully as changes cannot be made once production begins.
Delivery is free in the UK with Royal Mail Tracked 48, and you can choose Tracked 24 (£5) or Special Delivery Guaranteed (£7) at checkout.

The patch itself is beautiful. Perfect size, printing is great and is exactly what I needed for a memorial bear for my cats ashes 💔. Unfortunately had an issue with royal mail, which is absolutely out of the sellers hands. However the seller responded to me very quickly and had a replacement sent out straight away. Item came much quicker than anticipated. communication with seller was good. Custom design turned out as anticipated, but the badge isn't laying flat and is not fully edited backed. Nothing hitting it with the iron can't fix.

Oh my gosh my patch came 3 days ago and when I pulled it out the paper bag I was nearly sobbing.
